Homelessness in the United States has reached record levels. Traditional approaches move people away from their communities, disrupting the networks and familiarity that are essential to recovery.
Meanwhile, cities have thousands of acres of disused land and developer-held parcels sitting idle for years awaiting permits. Buddi turns these dead spaces into thriving micro-communities.
Our approach is faster, more flexible, and more humane than traditional shelter systems. And it costs municipalities significantly less per person than emergency services and chronic homelessness.
